Quartz is a Cryptosystem based on Hidden Field Equations. Quartz is not implemented in Crypto++. The Quartz website can be found at http://www.minrank.org/quartz/.

Quartz produces one of the smallest signatures among signature schemes. The tradeoff is the keys are usually very large.
